Tulunadu Jaathre

The foundation day of Shri Samsthanam was being celebrated as a festivity every year. But since 2001, it has been renamed as Rathotsava. The chariot building committee has built a wonderful chariot with the devotees’ cooperation and rendered it to Shri Samsthanam. Odiyooru Rathotsava has become Tulunadu Jaathre since 2014. The chariot procession is a feast for the eyes. The idol of Shri Datta Guru, decorated with the precious gems-studded golden sandals, along with the icon of Shri Hanumanji travels around 12 km during the procession in the divine presence of Odiyooru Shri.
